The Multizone is a pilot wire electric heating solution that allows several zones to be managed differently, with a single thermostat. You may therefore have different temperatures in certain rooms.
- There are two types of zones: the Thermostat Zone which is unique, and the secondary zones which can be multiple (up to 10).
- The user can define several zones and give them a name.
- Each heating module can be linked to a zone defined by the user.
- Each zone has a unique weekly schedule.
The Thermostat Zone is regulated using the temperature read by the thermostat and the temperatures set in your weekly schedule.
The comfort temperature of the radiators connected to the heating modules of a specific zone must be set to the maximum value to allow a more precise regulation. The only pilot wire commands used are "Stop" and "Comfort".
The other zones, the secondary zones, use the internal regulation of the radiators and follow the pilot wire orders (Stop, Comfort, Eco, Frost Protection, Comfort -1, Comfort -2) scheduled at defined times in our client interface. The inside temperature is measured by the thermostat of the radiator.
The comfort temperature of the radiators connected to the heating modules in this zone must be set to the value you want in the room.
